Ordering is quick, easy and secure. I use my Etsy shop for orders and accepting your payment. You may be thinking its just a pain to click over to another platform but I also know that any purchase you make with me is a considered one and I believe confidence in that purchase is a key factor. That is why I use my Etsy shop as the purchase platform.

Etsy is a well known online shopping site that has millions of customers, who just like you, want to make sure that their personal information and payment is secure, private and safe.

Payment is quick and hassle free. I accept Paypal as well as all major credit cards, ApplePay and Etsy Gift Cards. I ship within 3 days worldwide using Royal Mail's Signed and Tracked service and I will update you with the tracking number the moment your new little gem is on the way to you, that way you can follow your parcel right to your door.

Each and every one of my little treasures is well packaged for their journey to you.

Policy Information

a few important things to note

Currency
All prices are quoted in Great British Pounds Sterling (GBP) on this site. Once you are on my Etsy site this should automatically calculate the exchange rate into your own currency where applicable.

Dispatch Time
All my items are Ready to Ship and are normally dispatched within 3 business days of purchase. I post orders every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday, however if you need anything quicker than this please let me know at the time of your order.

In most cases this will be using Royal Mail Signed For & Tracked Service but to help keep costs as low as possible, I also send standard 1st and 2nd class with the option to upgrade to tracked. Please check each listing for the options available. Within the UK this usually means delivery to you within 2 days of shipping (although not guaranteed). In the case of international deliveries, I am unable to give you an exact delivery date as this will depend on your country's customs policies as well as the postal service in each country. The Curious Rabbit cannot be held responsible for any delays, lost or damaged items once a package is in transit as this is then entirely out of my control but I will do whatever I can to help resolve any issues with Royal Mail.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that the delivery address is correct when placing your order. It will default to your Etsy or Paypal address if you have an account with either of these platforms so please ensure these are up to date. I will ship to the address provided and cannot be held responsible for any additional costs once shipped if this address is incorrect.

FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS - please provide a contact telephone number when you order that can be added to the postal tracker. The postal service will use this to contact you to advise you when your order will be delivered.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All sales are final once they have been shipped.

However, if your item is damaged and it is my fault, please contact me. I am happy to discuss so we can resolve the issue. I want happy customers!

My items are made with care and attention to detail and I try to represent these items as accurately as possible through my pictures and descriptions. Please read the descriptions carefully to avoid disappointment.

Safety & Cleaning
All of my creations are made specifically for decoration only, they are not toys and therefore should not be treated as such, they are heirloom and collectors items. Any marks should be sponge cleaned only.
